Can anyone out in GV 250 land provide some guidance/instructions on removing the tail light cover to access the bulb? The manual states "remove the two screws," but I've done that, and the cover won't release. Suggestions, instructions, more details would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

There are 4 screws holding it on. Two that are easily visible and two that are a pain to get to. The two that are difficult to remove are on the bottom of each side of the tail light. I removed the seat bucket to access them. The screws go from the frame into the plastic of the tail light towards the bottom back of the cover.
Be careful not to damage the odd shape tail light gasket .

Thanks. I kinda thought there were additional screws holding it on. I'll be vewy, vewy careful. BTW - do you know if the tail light/brake light bulb is an 1157?

I do not, mine was still working so I left it in place. If you have more dexterity then I you might be able to get to the two screws between the tire and frame. It took me a while to even find them, cussing the engineering the whole time.

I should have stated that the screws go into the back side of the tail light on the bottom.
