Title: 2021 Air cleaner location
Post by: Geezyrideer1995 on May 01, 2021, 04:29:12 PM
They gave me a 2020 Owners manual with my 2021 Super 8, 150 and the instruct for Air cleaner removal and check/replace is nothing at all like my 2021 model. Anyone got a clue?

I imagine what you are looking for is right here, above the belt cover.  Inside the black plastic box. Just remove the cover of the box, not the whole box - to expose the air cleaner and its mounting screws.
Many (most?) scooters have the air cleaner located here - above the CVT cover.

Yep, I got the Service manual in the mail today and guess what. It was exactly like you showed it. The Owners manual showed having to remve the luggage box. Whats with that??? Anyhow thank you much for your input.

Yeah, I've run into that with Kymco manuals....then I study my scooter and tell the manual, "no, I don't think I'm going to do it that way!"
Official manuals for my Honda and Burgman scooters are much more precise.....while my official PIaggio manual unhelpfully leaves out necessary steps!!
Fun times with those boys....
