Hi, I'm a long time member who owns a 2004 Super 9 liquid cooled, and a 2010 Yager 200. I had a stroke about 5 years ago, and the scoots have been parked ever since. Now I'm retired (3+ years) and decided to try and resuscitate the Yager. I tried to charge the battery but could not get any results, to I took it to an auto parts store who tested it, and they said "you're good to go!" Holy cow, I put the battery in the scoot, tried to start it about 8 times, let it rest 15 minutes and then it started right up!!!! After 5 years. Now, I've put on about 400 miles the last 3 weeks and am loving the performance and quality feel of this unique scooter! Only 5900 miles on it, but I'm gonna be adding a lot more as I'm without a car right now. My spring/summer just got a whole lot better.
I'm glad to be back riding my Kymco!
