Found this little tidbit today.  its a very short read.

He was simply not lucky. In my little town you can find kids riding stage 2/3/4 10-20 hp 50 cc (in fact 72/80 cc) scoots that develop 80 GPS mph...

If my kid was like that darn right he would sale it or the scoot would be mine.kids theses days take to much advanage of there parents. my step son is one.

If I could be fined $150 for  half a dozen tickets it would be on!!!
