Hello,
I just acquired a 2001 people 50 2t. No Title. The PO said it ran when he parked it a few years back but he thinks the piston may be seized. I'm working on that with some penetrating oil but I need to replace fuel filter, air filter (deteriorated when i took it out), battery, flush fluids out , etc. I've seen the air filter on ebay but curious if there is another place to get fuel filter/parts.
ALso, the handle bar rear cover and battery cover/tool box have seen better days. Sun rot. Any source for body panels?

a local Kymco dealer should be able to order any part for you (assuming they are still available). There is also a list of online sources in a sticky in the General section, I believe. Ebay or Amazon can also be a good source of parts.

Body parts for Kymcos can be really difficult to find, but they're also quite easy to refinish. All the fillers and paints are available from auto supply stores.
