One can find a bunch of service tips on youtube.
I was just recently made aware that the people who created the service manuals for KYMCOUSA, cyclepedia,  have posted many youtube videos.
You might find some help with your issue there.
I know that if you purchase a subscription, or manual, from cyclepedia - you can then post a service ticket with their techs for help with your issue. We've used it before when working on LIKE200i's. Kind of nice to have a skilled tech reply to a diy'er with accurate info :)

I find youtube to be great source of information for just about everything! Scooters, cars, washing machines...if you have a problem with something you can probably find a solution on youtube!
