Title: I was charging my battery and switched my te r mij kn charger

I was charging my battery and everything was ok i put it back on scooter and i realised that i didnt charge it enough i put the terminals but on the wrong side on scooter the charger wasnt plugged in socket but i saw spark did i screw up something or not

Schoolboy error which we've all made at some point!  If you removed it immediately then I'd be surprised if you've done any damage.

Most scooters have Inline fuses built into one of the battery terminals, If your lucky the fuse should have blown. Don't feel bad, I myself made the same rookie mistake a couple of times.
