Hey guy's just got in my new 500RI which i'am going to be using it to demo out so people can ride it.  My first look at the 09 white 500ri is sweet looking it has that sporty look all over it.  The power is great the efi is awesome the new seat is very nice i'am heading out for a ride saturday i cant wait  ;D

Yes it will i just changed one out for a customer and he really likes the lower seat he can now flat foot it at a stop.

It depends on your dealer but i sold the seat to this guy for $189.00 installed.  But like i said it's how good your dealer will treat you

Hi,  I have an 07 Xciting 500 and need a lower seat.  How much lower is the seat on the new 500i???  I need at least two inches.

Called my closest dealer (Corpus Christi Texas) they have no idea what I am talking about. Do you have a part # ? Or maybe you would be interisted in shipping one to Texas !!! Thanks again......

The seat is lowered about 2 inches so it should work just fine for you.
