Title: 11K on my Like150i today
Post by: klaviator on February 11, 2021, 04:00:40 AM: It got up to 75 degrees today so I got out on a couple of short rides on my Like today. The first was to the grocery store. The second was for fun.

75 is not normal here for February. Today it's supposed to be rainy and a high of 44 degrees. We have possible snow and ice in the forecast over the next few days. We do have winter weather here but it doesn't last long.

While I never expected to end up in Alabama, it has turned out to be a great place to live. Year round riding weather and great riding all around is a hard to beat combination.

Post by: de dee on February 11, 2021, 06:47:52 PM: Dont you hate it with the snow plow leaving 5 feet deep of snow in your driveway,. you get it cleaned up and they do another pass just to clean the street again and there is another 2 feet of snow,. it is not bad when it is 20 below as the snow is light , but when it is near 0 it plugs the snow blower every 5 min. ( need a 50 HP snow blower ) like the one the town has,. Waiting for spring another 8 weeks to go, hee hee getting new dentures for my birthday, happy day, no more soup for awhile,. thats the price of a new scooter gone to HELL,.@#$%
