What the tourqe i need to use to close the valve cover bolts? I couldn't find in on the manual..

Goes by size of fastener. That is in the front of the service manual. These are pretty small so down to stop then just a little  snug.

Just as a matter of interest - what brand of torque wrenches do you folks use ?
High quality torque wrenches suitable for such small bolts are very expensive in our country. Most people don’t bother to release the tension on the wrenches’ spring after being used and specially the cheaper torque wrenches become ineffective after a while.
I only have a bigger torque wrench for bigger bolts and nuts - the smaller bolts and nuts get torqued by hand and common sense. Never cross threaded anything, and I never have any leaks.

So here comes the problem.. i have a leaky valve gasket i need the tourqe specification.

Valve cover bolts - 8.9 N-m, 6.6 lbf-ft, 70-85 in-lb.
Please use something like a 1/4" drive in-lb torque wrench. Slowly in steps using criss-cross pattern when tightening.
Doing 6.6 ft-lb with a larger wrench will most likely strip this small fastener.
If gentle hand-snug is leaking then most likely gasket has slipped during installation, is cut and/or needs replacing, or one or more fasteners are stripped.

Leaky gasket? No amount of tightening will fix.  Replace gasket.

Have to agree with Stig and John gasket needs replaced or slipped during installation.   With bolts snug it shouldn't  leak. If you strip the bolts you'll have a real mess.

I, too, must agree since these bolts as most on this model have "compression limiter" configuration to prevent squeezing the gasket too much.
Replace gasket.

I was replaced the gasket 1 year ago at the mechanic but after the installation the gasket was leaking again so i come to him again and he tight it again but its still leaks . So the third time i came to other workshop and they put rtv but after few months its still leaks .. lol something wired here.

Degrease the engine and see exactly where it is seeping from. It could also be the rubber hose that connects to the valve cover.
