Title: 5:30AM - new year's LIKE ride aborted

34°F and roads did not dry in overnight winds after ice storm and rains. Temps to hold steady for return ride, as well. Road frozen for past 2 days.
As eager as I am to ride again after a week - setting out 2 hours before daylight in these temp & road conditions would not make for a relaxing ride.

well traveled roads on my dark route are probably dry enough.
