Title: Cold/cool weather water cooled scooter temp gauge not moving up
Post by: john grinsel on December 14, 2020, 04:08:44 PM: Some cooler weather here, TN. Noticed scooter temp gauge not moving up, even after 5 miles or so of running. NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!! Just is---My 4 Helix, ReFlex, and 2 new SilverWing 600's did it. So not to worry with XTown 300i. Helix even used in WI below Zero F weather...great feature always started after night out in the cold!

Post by: john grinsel on December 14, 2020, 04:27:49 PM: Adding to original post.....all of the scooters mentioned were purchased new---ridden and left alone, all ridden out of my goal of 50,000 miles...and get rid of---all except ReFlex--total at 23,000 miles, run over by lady on cellphone at stop sign.

My oldest Kymco 2006 Xicting 250 doesn’t leak after 14 years.
