Title: "Feels like 21°F......"
Post by: Stig / Major Tom on December 06, 2020, 12:10:25 PM
Just checked my phone for the temp. upon my arrival in my coffee village.
Glad it didn't say something in the teens - I'd feel really stupid then.
Their coffee IS good...but still....
Xmas lights when passing through town were worth the experience. Maybe.

Because of the cold, I don't remove my helmet or balaclava when I'm in town. ......so, sitting here in the dark on the sidewalk I look sort of like a downed astronaut. ...

Foot Patrolman was friendly enough......he's checking doors but nuts on sidewalks aren't a worry, apparently.

Still sounds better then my planned day. Today I will dig a trench with a garden spade (not Kymco) to run a buried electric to my old shed I moved.  Will probably  not run power to the new building until next spring.

Hey that's what I did last weekend. I had planned on using a garden spade - tried it - but had much better efficiency using my claw hammer! dug it about 8" deep & the claw was just the right width to drop in my conduit

Going 18" deep and 35' long. Dirt isn't to bad it's the dang tree roots.
