Title: Kymco Agility 50cc, No Power.

Hi All. I'm new to Kymco but done up a couple of 50cc bikes (FSIE and MBX50) about 20 years ago so still a total amateur! I have an Agility 50 non runner (someone ripped ignition out attempting to steal it but it ran fine beforehand) but kick staRT turns engine over so I don't think it's seized , ,bought a new battery and fuses to test. No power to ignition and live wire fuse keeps blowing. I know it's a very big subject to cover but would you guys know where I can start? Would the voltage reticifier cause the fuse to blow if faulty? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you fella's/ladies😁👍.

What did you do to the damaged ignition?  Did the thieves damage anything other than the ignition?
