Was setting the valves again 5000 miles since last time forgot to hook up the tube and started it was blowing a lot out of the nopales is this normal?
-
Oil will splash out the crankcase breather if it is left unattached. Typically, with the breather hose on, some of it drains back to the head and the remaining oil and gas is sucked into a reservoir by the air filter that has a collection tube that can be drained. The vapors are pulled into the carb and burned.

Seams like excessive blow by is that normal on these engines?
-
You are not seeing blow-by. You are seeing oil mist, vapors and air displaced by the decending piston. There IS some blow-by but not possible to determine how much by owner-operator.
-
Didn’t see any mist but you feel Constant pressure is that normal seems like a small air compressor blowing the scooter runs good 7000 miles
-
That is standard. Every time the piston descends air is displaced from the crank case. Also small amounts of pressure gets past the piston rings into the crankcase.
