the fill hole is tiny on the Piaggio Liberty - a 45min job to top up!

Nah, filter and drain aren't a problem. Best to keep it on side stand to keep the oil off of the center stand.
. A #2 pencil would barely fit the tiny fill hole.
Funnels make it overflow.
I use a syringe with a piece clear fuel line. Pour oil in the syringe....let it slowly drain into the engine. Do this for 1.5 Qts.
Fortunately, I'll forget how much I hate it before starting the next oil change.
