I get a type of metal in the tire, it goes in diagonally, can I take it out or is it better to leave it inside?

that looks like a pretty good sized nail. Best to have it removed and the tire patched (or replaced, if necessary).

If air doesn't leak too fast, I'd leave it.  Had a similar looking puncture (flooring nail?), put on 1600 miles after it happened before the tire wore out.  Didn't mind pumping it up every other day (from 20psi to 30, not from flat).

But if you do extended rides, that strategy may not work.  I kept my rides to 50 miles or less.

Best replace tire....BUT remove wheel, demount tire, take to professional tire shop....have them, plug/repair from inside. re-balance tire and wheel (Ride On works for balance)

Why would i replaced it if no air leak? And why replace if i can fix it.. i remove the nail its was pretty big 4 cm long. But no air leak so good.

I’m with John. In cases similar to that I’ve had the professionals check it and plug it with a vulcanised rubber mushroom patch.  Usually <£20

Then peace of mind!
