helow im new in this forum sory if that topic is already sory for my english ! i have 1 big problem whit my kymco i have remove the TPS sensor for my carb and now i dont know how to calibrate them ....my scoot run not very good now ...i realy realy need help i search every where but i dont find the procedure . thank is any one cant help me !!!

Is this a new 2020 machine?
How many miles or kilometers?
Why did you remove TPS ?

im located in France i have buy this scooter brand new and now it have 3000 km . i wanted to clean the carb and i see the small screw losen and i losen and get away the tps for cleaning the aria and after that i realized what i have don...i decalibrate them ...and now i dont know how recalibrate them.

i have buy in july 2020 is under guaranti but i cant go beacause in to far away from me 200km i cant go ... for that i search the forums and i dont find my ansuer..

I found other models that have a TPS on a carburetor and what it does is adjust the timing coming out if the CDI depending on throttle position. So your problem is it runs slow after you removed the TPS and put it back, right? So, adjust the TPS position!  But first look at the clamp to see if any marks are on it from its original position. If not, just loosen the clamp and rotate the black body of the TPS a little in one direction, gently retighten the clamp. Then go for test ride, if it is better, you picked the correct direction! Then adjust for best all around performance.

This is all guesswork! I cannot find a service manual for your bike and the ones that do have this system, the wiring diagram shows the TPS but there is no mention of it in the repair procedures!

Got an answer from a Kymco USA tech to deal with the TPS. He says the procedure is to let the engine idle until it is fully warmed up and then the TPS will reset itself. That should be easy to try and see if it works. I have my doubts....but try it...
