So when the gas is given from the place, it starts to shake and barely moves, but when it starts to go a little faster, it goes normally?

Yes more info would help.
Are you able to remove the belt cover and watch the CVT in action?

Might be belt slipping, or clutch slipping when moving from a stop....then catching and working normally?
Or could be an engine problem.

Also, have you been riding this scooter regularly, or, did it sit unused for a while?
