If that is what they want to do yes. That is why I'm offering it up for parts. But possibly someone may want to ride it on private property or use it as a pit bike. I don't want to mess with getting it fixed. Just being up front about the issue. I'm sure I could sell it and no one would notice until they went to go register. I just don't do business like that.
