No I did not get rid of any of my other rides, lol. Ok so I ran across a deal I couldn't resist a little over a week ago. I decided I needed some nice photos of her so I went out cruising today and went overly artistic. She is a brand new 2017 Piaggio BV350 in red. :)

A NOS 'left-over' 17 !?
Pretty odd....and good for you!
I once found an super "internet deal" on a 2 yr old Burg 400 - but 3 yrs out?
But the BV350 is a nice scooter - has a rep of being a great all-around scooter. Price and motor was more than I wanted when buying my Liberty.
Wish they sold the new Medley here in the States. I would have likely gone that way for my "final" scooter.
It is the model between the Liberty and the Beverly.... Kind of an up-market Liberty (rear disc, twin rear shocks, etc.)

Not crazy about the new headlight - but guess it's an LED.

That's a nice BV.

Certainly is! Unfortunately, our market only gets the 300 (273cc) model. Rats.

Very nice Beverly. they are great scooters. I just wish Honda would try and bring over their SH models again, and price them reasonably.

Honda? and Reasonably priced? Words that don't belong in the same sentence!

My experience with a half dozen Honda motorcycles and scooters over a span of 50 years is that I got a lot of return on my investment - in terms of enjoyment, quality, reliability, service, parts and re-sale.
But, that's just me....

Can't argue with that Stig, it's just the up front purchase prices which make me cough!

Sounds like you could be tempted?...
Years ago I had a Vespa dealer and a Honda dealer bidding for my $.
One offered me a BV350, the other a Honda Forza 300.
They matched prices - both at a discount.
My wife swung it by saying, "we live in the midwest - if we break down & need repairs. Which would be better - a Piaggio, or a Honda?"
I bought the Honda.
The Piaggio dealer literally blew away a few yrs later. (tornado)
Two PowerSeller Honda motorsports dealers nearby.

Mom said, "If you can't say something helpful...."
OK - YES, the Forza was half the scooter of the powerful Burgman, but twice the fun - for me!
I am smiling and riding again with the LIKE and the Liberty. (but I do miss that redheaded Asian)

I have been thinking of adding some additional lighting and a top case at some point.

Yes. Had the dealer replace the tires since they were 4 years old so she has City Grip 2 tires now. Goes right up on the center stand easily but not so easy coming off.

How many scoots have you had a serious problem with? Do you work on them yourself? With the Internet who really needs a local dealer for parts?
So what your saying is the Piaggio dealer was a little too close to a trailer park? :)
