Title: cranking problem XCITING 500i

Hello there,

Is there someone here who could explain how the decompressor works in this model?

The lobe does not spin with the cam,its one directional notch is always resting at the stop pin so its not lifting the rocker.

should it lift the stop pin?

im trying to understand how it works on where is the problem.

Wish I could help there Old Bean, but I've never had a cam off an Xciting to bits that far.
