Post by: Biglee on September 26, 2020, 04:37:22 PM
Hi all on the way home from work I could smell coolent  one of the jubilee  clips  was loose I was less than half a mile from home so carried on  so as I pulled up the temp was flashing hot and the engine light came on  so I refilled with coolant  all was fine but the engine light  has stayed on anyone know how to clear it thanks in advance

Engine light? The warning light that is shaped like an engine profile? Was/is it blinking in dots and dashes? Eliminating that engine light may be done by disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds to 30 minutes.

Model and year of bike and miles, please.

Never imagined that this would work with my new DTX360 when the light stayed on, but guess what? It did!!  Delighted Big Blue, thank you.
