While the lettering was blurred it looks like no parking in a parking lot?

There is a nice pond behind the light., in this small city park just outside my coffee village.

Some day I'm going to bring my pole and some worms.
Have done it at the reservoir - break the pole down and strap across the rear of the seat.....hook and bobber flapping in the wind!
And....you know how we keep the worms warm here in Ohio, right?
