Title: Air filters for 450i uxv

My airfilter is getting worn out from cleaning it, is the factory air cleaner all there is?  Did some searching but cant find anything that matches the factory size.  Length and neck diameter are the critical sizes that need to match, anyone found a good airfilter tha works in these buggies?  Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

You might try the Uni Filter website. Good coverage on most makes/models

Uni was the firt place I looked as I am very familiar with their quality, but they only have for the 700 uxv and for the atv's made by Kymco.  When I typed in 450i uxv they say they do not match that model.  If all else fails I can order a factory unit, but was hoping for an easier to clean, better quality unit then the stock airfilter. I will check that out, of course I just need the foam air filter, not the entire intake box assembly

Yes, Just included the drawing so you could see the part number 3307-505 which should be the filter.

GSE Performance make a K&N style filter for the 450. Their website shows it at $50.00

Contacted the folks at GSE and they are sending me an airfilter, they said it would fit in the stock position.  Looking forward to getting it, will post my results, yes a bit pricey at 50 bucks but if it is a ood one, may be well worth while!

Recieved the GSE filter, appears to be very well made,  need to get some filter oil for fabric filters, then will install.  The cone shape gives more surface area, looks nice, prompt shipping !

Just an update on the GSE airfilter for the 450i.  Has been installed for a while now and works great!  Might be just me but seems to have a tiny bit more get up and go, but whether it does or not, the filter is well made and fits better than stock unit.  Well worth the extra cost and greater peace of mind....
