Title: What is this hose's function in the carb?
Post by: harrybinh on September 09, 2020, 08:12:43 PM
Hi all,
I'm pretty new to scooter small engine.
anyone can help identify the function of the hose wrapped in coil with a valve at the end. It's on the bottom of the Carb. I'm guessing this is fuel drain hose, but there is another port right next to it for the same function. I'm confused.
thanks for your help

That would be your fuel drainage hose. It's mainly usef for removing gas in the float bowel in the wintertime
