Title: Kymco Xciting 500 seat height

Hi to all,

Just got a 2007 Xciting 500 and have a slight problem with the seat height.  I have a 28 inch inseam and with the 30 inch seat height I am tip towing it at stop lights.  Is there an after market seat that is lower.  Or has anybody had their seat shaved down?  I will even sacrafice the front of the seat storage to get a safer ride.

The new 09's have a lower seat height your dealer can order the new seat for your machine it should be just the ticket

Hi and thanks much.  I got some pix off the web of the 09 x500i and took them to my local kymco dealer.  He is taking my seat to an upolstry shop and they are going to try to make my 07 seat the same as the 09.  Just trying to not have to tip-toe at stop lights.
