Title: Very expensive cilinder? (mxu 250)

Had some problems with my cilinder of my mxu 250.
Received a price from the local kymco dealer, he gave me a total of 500 euro's
 Its only the cilinder, no head.
With the labor not yet included..

Total will be about 700 euro.

Is this reasonable?  I think he is overcharging..

500eu = 686d
700eu = 960d

Don't want to be responsible for burning out those braincells darling...
