I'm assuming, if u look at the first pic, that it is part of that tee and runs along the frame, and loops to the other side. I'm thinking maybe this goes to the sending unit (but doubt it). It has a clip on it so that leads me to believe that it was connected to something. Also, could this be the reason, or at least part of the reason, my scoot dies once warm and idling? Thank you guys in advance!

Could you get a further back pic so I can see the whole system layout for orientation? I just worked with that unit recently on my scoot.

I attached a wider view and I just noticed these three connects near the gas tank and spark plug. Any idea what those are for? I'm thinking sending unit as the gauge just goes up and down.

I am not familiar with that layout. If the bike still runs with the rubber hose removed then it may be a vent or drain line. What is the other end attached to?
-
It goes to the top of that, which is connected to the charcoal canister(?), which leads to the gas tank or breather hole(?).
-
I'm sorry but I don't know where that one goes. Somebody with more info will probably join in.

It looks like the main fuel line.

have you purchased a service manual that you can reference?

I downloaded the manual online years ago for free.
Here is my copy along with a custom excel chart of maintenance and a ms word file that consolidates each chapter into a single searchable file:
