It's a 50, but not sure what city she's doing this in....

I love what they do in London if they catch you with a cell phone in your hand!

Although I would never use a phone on a scoot, I did remove the throttle lock as I was getting to comfortable with the bike's straight tracking. On a somber note, an acquaintance of mine was killed yesterday on a Honda Ruckus trying to beat a train by driving between the barricades. Its never worth it.
