Title: Service Manual
Post by: cleanerman on May 01, 2020, 10:30:42 PM
Ok.  I don't know if I was imagining things or not but I had a link bookmarked to:

http://www.49ccscoot.com/manuals/Kymco_People_S_50-200_Service_Manual.pdf, (http://www.49ccscoot.com/manuals/Kymco_People_S_50-200_Service_Manual.pdf,)

Now they don't even list Kymco on the site.  Did someone step on someones toes?

Is their another source for the People S service manual?

Thanks.

Try either cyclepedia.com or the app, ManualsLib

I emailed the site admin.

Yup, Kymco and the publisher both came after him.

Really makes me think less of Kymco for this.

There was a time in the not too distant past where you could get manuals from them directly.

I wonder why they went after him specifically but manuals.lib still has the old S manual available for download.

The crazy thing about the big change from freebie downloads from the dealer to the only place was cyclepedia.com or buy a paper book from the dealer, the crazy thing was the manuals were/are not that good! Even the wiring diagrams were separate because of different hook ups around the world. Even those are not adequately identified. Plus the manuals have MANY, MANY mistakes!

Copy that. I have one that combines info from the Agility 50 and 125 in the same manual.

Thanks.  I'm glad I wasn't making it all up.  I have enough senior moments.
