Title: Krogers is doing a great job with TP situation

I stood in the rain at 6:30 AM today to get some TP for my in-laws (both in their 90's).
I'm looking around me.....what the....?

Gray hair and canes everywhere.
I asked the old guy behind me, "what's with all these old people?!"

"Today is senior day, until 8:00AM. 60 and older."

Well, OK. I just squeaked in by a decade or so...
What a clever idea.
Very well organized, in person,  by the lady store manager.
"Single file, down isle 13 and up isle 12 for 2 skids of TP. One per person."

I didn't think it was necessary for the 2 sheriff deputies to be there though...
If a brawl would have started....it wouldn't have lasted long. :)

The adventure continues.....

We went to Kroger today instead of Walmart. Produce section way ahead of Wally but that was about it. Higher prices, not as much selection, plenty of TP. Three to a customer...three PACKAGES!

Will have to go to local small-town Walmart for the rest of our once every two-week trip....

Kroger was well stocked here as well except for a few items such as TP, fresh carrots, bags of potatoes and limited soup selection.
