Title: blinker problem

I replaced wiring harness on 2016 kymco gti 300.  when i turned key on left blinker was on and wont shut off even after scooter started

As in THE ENTIRE WIRING HARNESS? Why?

I am thinking if everything else is working check the connector to the turn signal switch. There may be a bent pin in that connector. Other than that a swich malfunction. Don't think there was a Hazard four-way flasher on the GTi 300, was there?
