7:31 AM - As I was having coffee at my sidewalk table - friendly lady pulled up behind my scooter. She said she liked my red scooter - I said I liked her red car. Thrilling repartee for so early... :)
She went across & lit the upstairs offices of the Winds restaurant. Might be the owner.

At 6:41AM it was still pretty dark.
