Title: Difference between 2009-2010 GV, and older models

I have the exciting opportunity to get a brand new 250 GV or a slightly older used one, for a great price.
What are (if any) the startling differences in the GV model from year to year?  The oldest one I looked at was 2006.

Please advise - are they big differences?

Honestly, I would be surprised if there were ANY significant changes -- beyond body color.

I have no knowledge...and I could be wrong...but... if I were betting, plastic color is possibly the only difference.

Anyone else have any more knowledge?

The deal is done!  I'm now another proud Kymco owner.
I do think I'll adjust the seat backrest though, even though I'm 5'5, I've got a 32 inseam so my knees are up to my elbows! 
I am referring to my new ride as the BarcaLounger on wheels.
