I left my moped uncovered by accident in the snow and ice :'( :'( and now the speedometer is not working. It will move slowly upwards and just either stay at a higher speed or slow down. But I am positive I am not going 20 MPH while sitting at a red light. Any suggestions on a quick fix, or do I need to replace the whole unit?
