Title: The history of this KYMCO forum...
Post by: Stig / Major Tom on February 23, 2020, 06:41:22 PM
In 2007, on November 15, our administrator, skadamo, launched this forum.

He wrote,

"I started this site to discuss Kymco scooters, motorcycles and ATV’s.  I did not see a forum dedicated to these machines so I thought I would put this one up and see who I meet and what I learn. "

To date, there have been "192,203 Posts, in 20,964 Topics, by 10,710 Members."

(I joined April 6 of 2013 - with many questions about the possible purchase of a LIKE200iLX.
Once I was assured by veteran Kymco owners that it would be a reliable work commuter in all weathers ("rain"!)- I took delivery 6 days later....and began the licensing procedures, and learning to ride again since it had been 44 years since my last motorcycle!)

Amazed at the length of your layoff Stig, assumed you'd been a continuous rider.  Don't feel so bad about my 15 year down time now lol.  Mortgage / Marriage / Car payments all incompatible with bike ownership.  Set right once the earnings crept up to an acceptable level.
