Pix from 2018.....

During 2019 I lost 3 friends from the coffee village, which is my regular scooter destination.
Some days I park the scooter and bring my wife &/or daughter to town - so they got to know them as well.
All 3 passed suddenly.
We got to know each other around this table, here by the UnderDog cafe'. (one friend actually died in the 'Dog)

Each of the three were "village characters", and each of their passing affected the whole village to some degree.
With the recent loss of a daughter, father and brother - it seems that 'Life' keeps reminding me to treasure people - and my days here. I think I do.

Sorry for your loss. I also lost a good friend last year to esophageal cancer. I had know him since the seventies.

We treasure you, Tom! You provide valuable balance here. And good pictures and ideas!

Seconded! Treasure life and those you love.

I also second. Life is but a vapor. That’s why we must cherish the moments we have with family and friends and strive to leave our particular corner of the world better than we found it. And that seems to be just what you have done and still do for me.

I hope you’re reading these kind words? Fair to say you’ve made a great impression on here and I believe you’re valued by all. Sorry for the loss of your Underdog friends. We can’t take their place, but we are here for you.
