Today's Dayton newspaper says that a bill to allow riders to wear ear plugs is "gaining traction" in the Ohio General Assembly.
No one in the Ohio House or Senate has registered a "no" vote .....
So, soon I may no longer be a scooter-riding-ear-plug-wearing Outlaw😊

Ohio still has laws permitting marriage to consenting chickens though, so we're not out of the jungle just yet.

Does that mean that deaf people couldn't get an Ohio license?

Dang Stig..riding all legal and stuff..that'll kill your street cred....Better call your congresscritter to stop this nonsense.

Wearing earplugs, whilst riding, illegal?  Beggars belief. Been using ‘em, legally, here in the UK for 40+ years!
