This is my favorite little dive in N. America.
We've eaten here* many times.
When the Gulf is up - the ocean spray adds a nice flavor to the clam basket and iced tea.
I do not think a diner can get much closer to the Gulf of Mexico. Great sunsets here, too.
Gets a little sporty sometimes....

Just went out and petted my scooters.
Once again - glad I have air/cooled scoots.

*Woodies Waterfront Grill, St Pete, FL (just to the right in the photo is a little park where kids and I sit with our sunrise coffee - when I can get a teenager out of bed that early!)

Was a storm moving in? Doesn't look like a normal high tide.
And where was the 2nd photo taken from?

We've eaten there during tropical storms passing near. Sunny, windy, water coming in about your feet.
The regulars were all there - and cheered us tourists for wading in😊
On a breezy day, you can get wet by the sea wall.
Good food, friendly folks - can get a little rowdy at night.
