I feel when i put gas on my scooter and release it then i feel a strong hit in the variator its coomon also when i come to stop like something hit me behind . I oped the variator box and saw it coming from the variator (the pully) maybe its a crankshaft i dont know... But its only when the scooter go from speed to almost stop. Good video on streamable. Sounds normal to me. There is quite a bit of backlash (rotation slack) in those gearboxes. Maybe that is what you are hearing/feeling. You may want to inspect the splines front and back of the CVT and the spline for the back wheel.

Not crankshaft in my opinion because if it were a "bad crankshaft" you would hear real bad noises whether moving or not. This is driveline related. Get someone local to ride with you and tell us what they say.

Two questions:
1) has your expert mechanic found anything wrong with this scooter other than the oil leak?
2) Is this your first scooter?

would be easier to trouble shoot if you had stated age/total miles/age of belt and miles of use.    As veteran of over 400,000 miles with rubber band drive scooter----I see nothing wrong if belt is fresh.  Just ride until something breaks.
