I have a oil leak from the valve cover the mechanic told me i need to change to gasket ived change to original one but it did not help.. what can cause the leak?

Gasket may not be aligned properly all the way around its circumference? Can you see or feel anything out of alignment?
Fasteners properly tightened, and none stripped?

Wipe it clean.
Does it leave a puddle?
Is oil level correct on the dipstick?
Was oil overfilled recently?
After you ride it, does oil level drop on the dipstick from this 'leak' ?
Is the valve cover cracked?
If it is tightened properly with good gasket - then it is not the valve cover leaking.

The gasket are new original kymco gasket . I wipe it to clean the oil,and when i ride again i can see a little bit oil again but not to much.but if i dont clean it once a week it will have a oil all over the place like the picture.no the oil level not overfilled now.. i checked the dipstick. The cover not cracked..

The 4 valve cover bolts have their own seals. Check them for leaks.

Yes cover bolts also leak... But only from buttom and gsaket leak only from buttom.

I thought maybe i could use a thicker oil it will help? My oil now is 5w40

OK, then there is something gravely wrong. These are typically OIL TIGHT engine units. Like a Honda, they don't leak, drip or burn oil unles something is wrong. The valve cover is no exception. The cover goes on straight, no force reqired. The formed gasket fits PRECISELY and must be in the one and only correct position. The rubber grommets on the cover bolts and the gasket CANNOT be squashed too much because the special bolts will not allow it. Are ALL four cover bolts special or are they just metric bolts?
Thicker oil will take longer to make the same mess. Fix the problem.

All the 4 bolt are genuine original.

So, as Karl says - gasket must be seated properly to insure a proper sealing.
If valve cover not cracked - and if oil IS coming from the valve cover - then gasket is not seated properly, or the 4 bolt seals have failed (aged?) and need replacing?

Is it possible for the cover to be warped or not completely flat all the way around?

yes and the rubber around the bolts are dry and cracked

I can order a new rubber ... But iam afraid to open the cover and tighten it.. i am afraid to broke something.. i dont have tourqe rachet

Any tool hire shop locally for a torque wrench? Or maybe a friendly garage where they'd loan you the use of one?...

I am no expert mechanic - so this is my personal take on this:
Very lightly torqued fasteners, like valve covers, gear oil drains, spark plugs, exhaust studs, etc. - need a very accurately ( and regularly) calibrated torque wrench....IF a torque wrench it used. Otherwise overtightening, with disastrous results, is quite possible.
The valve cover fasteners on my LIKE200i require only 6.6 ftlbs; on my Honda Forza 300 (also with the rubber bushings) they are tightened to only 7 ftlbs of torque.
A 6" or 8" ratchet and a light touch, to just "snug" these valve covers down is often a best practice.
Look at the size of the bolt, and the hardness of the metal receiving the bolt to determine your force.
This is, admittedly, a question of "touch".
The OP here has no previous experience with scooters , and possibly little confidence in his scooter mechanics.
But, I would not let just any mechanic use his torque wrench to tighten these small bolts.
With this in mind - I'd recommend that he take his new rubber seals to his scooter shop for installation.
