Hi I recently got a gv 250 and the rear rotor is seriously scored. I can't seem to find a replacement or the specs for it. Does anyone know what it takes?? Thanks!

If you can't find another rotor from a dealer and it isn't warped or eating up pads why not use it? Scratches or gouges into the rotor won't hurt anything but I'd check for any metal edges above the surface of the rotor and grind or file them down to flush.

Thanks, I just expect it to eat pads. I don't have enough miles on the ones I put in to know yet but usually, disc grooves equal short pad life. It seems strange it is hard to find this kind of basic info.

Give www.ebcbrakes.com (http://www.ebcbrakes.com) a try. They have several parts catalogs.

Here's a page from Leeson's with the part number: https://shop.leesonsarcticcat.com/oempartfinder.htm#/Kymco_USA/SC10AS_Grandvista_250/Rear_Wheel/2K01220005/01220033

don't waste money replacing it. you can remove it and lay it flat and take an angle grinder and put a cutting disk on it and "wipe" along the side of the cutting wheel clean the disc up and then sand with a block of wood and 60 grit sand paper. I have used angle grinders for years on motorcycles to grind off the lip that forms at the outer edge of the rotor and never had a problem.
