I bought in Germany 10-15 years ago, a Thermo Boy suit----so warm I gave it away when I came back to the USA-----it was water and wind proof/comfortable to wear/orange and actually so warm you could sleep in snowbank. And it was designed for riding bike, so no flapping in the wind/pants too short and collar really nice-----In US market nothing like this exists. Too bad.
