What can the color of the spark tell us ?

That's a good chart, big blue.  However,  I'm interested in the color of the spark, when the plug is grounded outside of the head.

Sorry, I think the spark color for a good current should be white or blue/white. If it is yellowish the ignition may be weak.

My spark is white, which I've never seen before and which is why I asked.  Scooter was running but never well.  Now it won't fire.   Looks like I need to test some components.  Thanks for your input.  More input welcomed.

Put your finger on the plug electrodes, crank it: if your face turns white or blue you are good to go.

stuo,  ea. did as suggested and the EMT guys fixed his latest problem.  But the scooter still does not start.  Mrs. eamartin .
