Probably the safest way to turn around when riding up a hill.
It is very easy to drop the scooter an the left side when trying to turn around on a steep street.

This good for people without dirt bike experience.  MSF does not cover it, nor stopping and starting on hills.

It does down near the wet ditch between KY and civilization!
'Round these parts it is known as the Ohio Valley. If you go into a valley, you gotta come back up at some point.

Good video! Dint understand a word...but I get the turn around. Elegant! The 360's around the cone...NEVER coulda done it if'n he had a car tire on the back!
