How do you ride a scooter one-handed?
See this guy on a Chinese scooter in town every so often. He grabs a coffee then rides off holding it in his left hand. Every time.
How do you do that?
First thought is, "it must be iced coffee!" I can barely get across the street with mine.

No, no and thrice NO! You need both hands on the bars for safety. And yes, I too know a one-armed biker who does really well, but even he’d say he would prefer to be able to use two hands...
