My hilarious* coffee & scooter buddy in town bought this off the village police - fixed it - added it to his eclectic collection of wheeled items - and is "just having some fun with it" this morning.! The speed limit on this state route drops to 25MPH in town. His radar sign is slowing 'em down!

*His collection includes stuff like - a restored '51 BMW w/sidecar, a Red Reflex, 7 or 8 of these Toyota wagons (3 of which were painted by local elematary school art classes), his famous old "We buy dead stock" 1930's? working tow truck....and might be "fixing up an old airplane" - which is scaring his friends! (it's in his fenced back yard, so, no worries yet)
He is a hoot!
