Title: Tools and Parts sources?

I'm a new owner...  I'm wondering where one can get parts and the special tools mentioned in the service manual.  Any luck, anyone?

Also, the oil required by the manual is 15W40 API SG.  I guess the "SG" is important, since the newer motor oils have the wrong kind of additives for the engine of the Agility.  The dealer from which I bought the scooter uses 10W40 API SG.  Any trouble here?
