Title: ABS demonstration
Post by: Stig / Major Tom on July 09, 2019, 03:40:08 PM
You've probably seen a bazillion of these - but, I thought I'd add this one.
All scooters should have ABS.
I particularly like the demo in the sand.

Yes, seen several actual videos and this on pretty good animation. You try yours yet?

I believe ABS is the law in EU for two wheelers.   Not in US, however......and really needed here as Americans seem to lack braking skills.

In Europe it is 150 (or 125's?) and up which now must have ABS - and since the USA  does not produce a scooter, our new ones will have ABS by default.
I view this as a good thing for all scooter riders.

Karl, I did feel the ABS step in one time when forced to brake hard on a big wet white arrow with that slender front tire..
